You don’t care if you aren’t fully represented by your Real Estate agent. You "nod your head" when they tell you: "Hardly anyone ever offers less than 97% of the price around here. You don't want to offend the seller."
You have Decidophobia - a fear of making decisions.
You have Oikophobia - a fear of home surroundings.
You have Domatophobia - a fear of houses or being in a house
You have Orthophobia - a fear of property.
You don’t care if your Realtor shows you more of their company’s listings vs. homes you really should have seen. You have a fondness for your Realtor's company brand name - so the house they listed is as good as it gets - right?
You don't want to know the approximate equity the seller has in their home, in order to know how flexible they could be in negotiations. Negotiations Smegotiations. (You have Epistemophobia - fear of knowledge.)
You have Fear of Success if you don't want to know that the seller has to sell very soon in order to close on another home, because that might mean that you could have a very low offer accepted.
You don't care if you find out problems that are cropping up in zoning or the community or condo association or that the street may be blocked off next year, due to construction. If you have to drive across other people's lawns in order to reach your driveway - oh well - you really don't care! (You have Epistemophobia - fear of knowledge.)
You don't want to know how long the house has been on the market before you buy it in order to generate negotiating leverage. (You have Epistemophobia - fear of knowledge.)
You don't want to know how much similar homes are selling for in the area - to make sure you aren't overpaying. They aren't painted the same color anyway. (You have Epistemophobia - fear of knowledge.)
You feel comfortable using a "big-brand" Realtor because you want their brand to succeed on TV or their company to win the next hot-air balloon race. You don't care that you won't have enough money to send your kids to college!
Actually - we'll help anyone with any type of phobia at all - as long as you are serious about buying a house. (Even if you are afraid to live in it or visit it.)
