Did you know that Illinois Real Estate law allows rebates to home buyers? You betcha! Your traditional Real Estate company probably won't tell you that...as they would rather keep those funds to use towards the advertising of their brand name. We don't know about you - but we think it may be possible that you would rather support you own pocket-book, instead of someone else's brand name on TV when you buy your next home....
Thought there might be a catch? There is. You have to "earn the rebate," The more up-front, clear and honest, and efficient with us you are - the better chance you have of getting the rebate. You will receive the following financial incentive for working with Relocation Advisors Group Inc. to find your next home:

1 to
6 homes = 1% of the purchase price * (or about
40% of our commission)
7 to 9 homes = .75% of the purchase price * (or
about 30% of our commission)
10 to 12 homes = .5% of the purchase price * (or
about 20% of our commission)
13 to 15 homes = .25% of the purchase price * (or
about 10% of our commission)
16+ homes = no rebate

This rebate structure gives our buyer-clients an incentive to be efficient when finding their next home. We'll help you with evaluating the homes "virtually" and we may have already previewed some of them - so we know what they are like. We will set up your own personal web page - having " hits" based on the type of home you desire (city, price range, home features etc.) In many cases - we may have already previewed the home you are interested in, and we can tell you more about it - before we even visit it!
* Offer good until July 5, 2004. Your home must close before that date. Rebate is available only to buyers who close escrow/proceed to final settlement with Relocation Advisors Group Inc. acting as their sole and exclusive agent in the purchase of real estate. Rebate amounts shown may be reduced in the event that Relocation Advisors Group Inc. is required to pay a referral fee to a relocation or other company. There may be tax consequences to the rebate. If you need legal or tax advice, you should consult with the appropriate professional. Offer subject to conditions, limitations, exclusions, modifications, and/or discontinuation without notice. Occasionally, the seller and/or listing broker in a transaction will offer the broker representing the buyer a bonus or other additional incentive over and above the cooperating brokerage commission.
