You enjoy working with home buyers and Real Estate investors, and prefer to not spread yourself thin by also listing property for sale. You enjoy coming up with new ideas for how to work more efficiently and effectively - and helping the company do the same - so that we work primarily by referral only.

You are a talented and results-driven individual currently frustrated with where your real estate career is leading you.

You have at least three years of Real Estate experience, you have many client references, and great negotiating statistics on the "buy side."
