Our "Price-Off" Statistics....

Relocation Advisors Group helped Chicago area home buyers buy over $13 million dollars worth of Real Estate (investment properties/houses) in 2005 for approximately $12 million dollars. As compared to Realtors in the local MLS -- in 2005 we achieved about 500% more "price off" than the average buyer's agent - producing some of the best "price off" statistics of any Real Estate company in the MLS. Ultimately - there has to be a meeting of the minds between buyer and seller - or there is no deal. It isn't all about "price off" for our buyers -- it might be their preferred closing date, or adquate home inspection credits -- or perhaps having a chandelier and riding lawn mower and snowblower thrown in. It might mean gathering the information necessary to outbid another buyer in a multiple bidding situation to purchase a house that we found, that was listed below market price to begin with (for whatever reason - listing agent error or motivated seller.) Yes - if our buyer wants us to -- we'll go full price for them if needed, and they aren't overpaying. Our buyer is our boss. It might mean getting our buyer a loan rate and loan fee reduction by helping them "shop" for lenders, and other methods.....Going above and beyond what other agents do...

We like to know what the seller wants in any situation -- because it allows us to come up with more creative possibilities to find a solution that works. But if a deal (includes price, terms and more) isn't going to be acceptable to our buyer -- we'll advise them to walk away from it and go to other options that we have for them as well. Sometimes - a seller's preferred closing date is more important to them than price. Or - perhaps it is something else!
