We
Are Pleased to Announce That We are Now "Buyer Broker Chicagoland"
- please make a note of it by bookmarking our new Buyer Broker Chicago area
site via this link. We
changed the name to better reflect the nature of what we do -- represent home
buyers and investors 100% -- never representing sellers. You can contact us
there, for the best home buyer representation and negotiation in the Chicago
Illinios area. ---- As always - we are 100% on the home buyer's side. -- All
of our content has migrated to the new site - other than what you see here on
the home page.
Wouldn't
it be smart to have someone who is 100% on your side - instead of just
half on your side and half on the seller's? .....A specialist - instead
of a generalist? .....Of course. The
funny thing is - most people don't know that agent they think is
representing them - really isn't always going to be on their side..... An Exclusive
Buyer Agent - is much preferred to a "Buyer Agent" -- according
to articles written by Consumer Reports, Suze Orman, CNN Money, WSJ, Kiplingers...etc.)
Do you know the difference? You
can choose door number one - or door number two...
They can get in "dual agency" conflict of interest situations
- which is non-representation on the most important purchase of your
life... Their broker (whom they report to and receive guidance from) -
represents listed sellers. They talk to their buddies in their office
(who list property) and at lunch. Sometimes - they make more money when
the "sell" an in-house listing.
You
are about to make the largest investment of your life - the purchase of
a home.
Door
Number One.... A"buyer agent" -- They likely spend most of their
time listing property for sale and servicing their seller clients. This
includes agents from companies such as Century 21 / ReMax / Coldwell Banker
/ Prudential / Exit / Realty Executives etc. They call themselves a "buyer
agent" when working with a buyer!
OR...
Door Number Two -- An Exclusive Buyer Agent, who specializes in exclusively representing the interests of the buyer - and can NEVER have dual agency conflicts of interest. They and their company never list property for sale. They don't "sell" you on a property - they tell you about the negatives - not just the positives. They conduct more due diligence so that you don't make a bad choice.
It's your choice.
The National Association of REALTORS®, states "Only agents that work for companies that never represent sellers can be called "Exclusive Buyer's Agents.""
Did you
know that ANY licensed Real Estate Agent can act as a "buyer's agent",
just as any licensed doctor can perform heart surgery? But if you were having
heart surgery wouldn't you want a specialist?

We helped area home buyers save over one million dollars last year, and became the #1 Exclusive Buyer Brokerage in the Chicago area.
We measure our success, not on how many millions sold, or how much money we save our clients - but on how many times a past client refers us to their friends and family.
Sophisticated investors and home buyers know that - as exclusive buyer agents - we know the Chicago Illinois area real estate better than any entity in the area.
Law firms don't allow your adversary to use another attorney at the same firm as your attorney (due to the very real possibility that information may be compromised) - but that same thing is allowed in Real Estate! In Illinois "designated agency" is the rule - meaning that if you use a traditional Real Estate agent - every agent in their office in your adversary...
We cover the Chicago Illinois area - including Lake County Real Estate, Cook County Real Estate, DuPage County Real Estate, McHenry County Real Estate, and Kane County.
Did you Know That 77% of Buyers Pick the Listing Agent of a Home They are Interested in (usually on the Internet) to represent them for their purchase? This is one of the WORST things a buyer could do! These types of agents are representing THE SELLER - NOT YOU.
Unfortunately - "agency disclosure" (the level of representation you receive) is only being provided correctly by 12% of all agents in the USA.
